Bob Rosenbaum, Jr.

Bob Rosenbaum, a native Washingtonian, attended McLean High School, Northern Virginia Community College, and ultimately graduated from the Metropolitan Police Academy. He "served the public" until September 1994 when he left and began his career in real estate. Bob worked in the commercial real estate market in Washington from 1994 through 2004. He has been involved with The Associated Builders and Contractors, The Metropolitan Subcontractors Association, and is a Past-President of the DC Chapter of The Construction Specifications Institute.

Mr. Rosenbaum joined Access National in October 2008 and was promoted to Assistant Branch Manager in January 2009. In addition to originating loans for his current clients and their referrals, he also supervises and teaches loan officers about the advanced technological solutions offered by ANM. He has worked for both National City Mortgage and B. F. Saul Mortgage. When researching Access National, and ultimately deciding to join our team, Bob said, “I feel that Access National is big enough to compete and small enough to really care about the individual client.”

Bob brings a wealth of knowledge and a delightful degree of enthusiasm to the table. He enjoys helping people work through the maze of products to find the right solution for each situation.

Judith Ellen Suskin

Judi is a native Marylander and business owner who has worked in Real Estate related services for nearly 25 years. 
 
Working with the full spectrum of mortgage services, Judi is proud to have joined The Rosenbaum Lending Group at Access National Mortgage.
 
In addition to purchase and refinance loans, Judi has also specialized in providing reverse mortgages to Seniors, realizing the tremendous value of allowing our elder population to "age-in-place" in their community. 
 
Judi has been in various business, industry and service associations including:  the Chamber of Commerce, Lion's Club, and is a contributing member of an Elder-Care Business Networking Association.
 
Judi is dedicated to offering ethical, professional and knowledgeable service to each of her clients.

Patrice Henderson

With 20 plus years in the mortgage industry as a Processor, Processing manager and wearing many hats through the years, Patrice continues to learn more nearly every day - especially with the industry guidelines being a moving target.   

Patrice is also working on some communication tools that will help borrowers keep apprised of their current status during the loan process and to make sure there are no mis-understandings that could occur.
